Blogger Issues Everywhere! How To Deal With Them

Whisk negativity away!
Blogging is never easy, newbies and veterans would have something in common to dread about in being a blogger. With my status today, my main dilemma would be the conflict of work to blogging and events. But there are also a lot of blogger problems that would arise usually when things become ugly with bad events, bitchy attitudes, and even politics.

Like any other profession, blogging is a socially inclined activity. We see, we experience, we write. But we are not always alone, there are hundreds to thousands of other bloggers out there which is also looking at what you are also seeing, experiencing and writing. As individuals we are also raised in different backgrounds, dramatic backstories, and interesting events leading to the blogger we are today. But this will NEVER always jive with others. In the internet world, haters is a fact we have to live with and cannot be avoided.

Despite that haters are here to hate, hate, hate. It is not advisable to dwell and swim in their pool of derogatory statements. There are ways to deal with them, however consider the consequences of your future actions as internet karma is always there to keep us all grounded and immortalized in memes and statements.

Well I have to apologize for being too busy to post anything new in this blog which was made to cater to all who love to blog. A new year is also a wake up call to start new things especially a whole new perspective to blog and blogging and of course the blogger itself.

For new and seasoned bloggers, finding one's style is a constant strife that one would find himself in making both online presence and personal branding and style. As many of the bloggers would stick with the conventional and formal approach, a little twerk, uhmm... I mean tweak with certain parts of sentences can come as a surprise to readers who would love to make their reading time informative and entertaining.

WHAT KIND OF BLOGGER ARE YOU?

We all know that Bloggers are more like a large family with a lot of Class, Species and sub-species. There are many kinds and classifications depending on their traits and even appearances. Knowing what kind of blogger are you can help you realize your blogging career direction. However, there are also some exceptions of mixed kinds and some continue to evolve which this writing has not yet discussed. Thus, the discovery of new kinds is like discovering a new kind of species and is worth to be defined.

Blogging would fall under the category of communication arts which is basically the mass media. They do also have their own family tree of diversity, but we will just focus on the category or we might end up with a complete volume of encyclopedia (for kids who don't know what are them, it's already a relic).

Blogger as we defined in the earlier blog post is someone engaged in creating articles, multimedia, and other new media used to share personal experiences, news, and information published in the world wide web. Bloggers again are writers in the world stage with their ideas posted in the busy and interactive network of information and data where it seeks to be discovered in the vast sea of binary and codes.

Bloggers can be group into many circles, but depending on the topics they find their expertise defines their overall look and category.

BLOG 101: F*%K! Now I have your attention, Let's Make Your Blogpost Interesting!

Well, I would admit that the title for this post is so lame, but it is a tutorial and I don't want you to be mislead into a different topic which would waste your time and electricity. Blogposts are subjected to a lot of possible things you can do to keep your readers glued to what you have posted. However this is where a lot of violations are made just for the sake to getting people's attention to their sites. This can be effective, but will leave a negative impact on readers.

Your website is like a canvas which you can paint the different colors that will tell stories, emotions, and attitude. There are a lot of tools for the job but remember to use "the right tools for the right job". Improvisation could actually happen but should never be a permanent habit.

BLOG 101: Branding Blogs (Part 1)

I know most of you would be excited to set up your own blog site and get into the blogging community. But one thing that many of us do is to know the basics needed to start your own blog. Yes, blogs are the reflection of who the blogger the blogger is, if it is run by an individual. It  should also show a certain "branding" for those corporate and partnership blogs.

Branding should reflect on your personality and lifestyle. However, there are certain things that should be considered when choosing the brand for your blog. Branding is the same when companies name their product (individually or multiple items) that would leave an impression on  consumers. Brands differ with the type and target market, and as much as possible wholesome in nature so the general public can see, hear, or read about them.

Starting at the most important element of brand is the brand name which will represent the blog as a whole. This name will also be an identification for events, archiving, and projects. Remember to choose a name that would be "eternal", because you want a brand that will last a very long time, even at the point of merging or collaboration will still be identifiable with your market.

How To Start A Blog (Part 2)

Yesterday we started on how to blog part 1, today is its continuation...

Now you can start with your blog post probably with a short essay of 2-3 paragraphs which is not that short nor too long for a blog post. Blogs are usually shorter than regular articles which aims to provide straight information because there will be a lot of distracting internet content which will grab the readers attention.

Now how do you get their full attention aside from the blog post which is written? This is where you can utilize multimedia content. You can choose from photographs, videos, flash animations, forms, and other website content which should be relevant to the topic discussed. This would now depend on you available resources  if you can provide original content, that would be the best. However if not, you can also scout the web for content but remember that some content have copyrights which might not allow you to have them posted on your blog. Though uploading identical content is not advisable, you can also check if you can use a certain media either by embedding options or asking permission from the creator. You may also want to check on open resources which can provide free content.
